Astro Boy: Volume 12 is the twelfth volume of Astro Boy collected in the Osamu Tezuka Complete Manga Works series (volume 232 in the series overall), published by Kodansha on January 20, 1981.
The order in this collection follows the original Shonen chronological order, as opposed to the Tezuka-designed order first used in the Japanese Akita Shoten collections, and later used in the American Dark Horse reprints.
