Wally Wingert (born May 6, 1961 in Des Moines, Iowa) is an American actor, voice actor, singer and radio personality, known for voicing roles in such animated programs as "Family Guy," "Sonic Boom," and the "Batman: Arkham" series.
He voiced a wide variety of characters in the 2003 Astro Boy series including Doctor O'Shay, Skunk, and the Blue Knight.
